MORE SPACIOUS THAN A HOTEL ROOM Homes For Rent - TMC Resort and Vacation Rentals has been providing vacation, resort rentals on Lake Conroe since 1993. These vacation rentals are privately owned and professionally managed by TMC Vacation and Resort Rentals. There are currently over 65 rental units in the program including 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condominiums, 3 and 4 bedroom townhomes and 3 and 4 bedroom homes with views of the lake and golf course. Discounted rates are available for extended vacation and groups of five or more. |

WE DO NOT HONOR CANCELLATIONS FOR BAD WEATHER. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 21 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR ARRIVAL TO RECEIVE A REFUND ON YOUR DEPOSIT.
* Weekly rates are based on a 7days/6 nights (check-out on day 7)
** The rates for the townhomes and waterfront houses are calculated to give you the 6th night free.
All units are subject to a cleaning fee at the end of your stay. $40 for 1 bedroom rentals; $50 for 2 bedroom rentals and $100 for houses. This is a per stay fee, not a per night fee.

- There is a standard cleaning fee of $100 for one night rentals on all properties.
- There is a 3 night minimum rental for all holidays.
- Additional charges will be applied for additional guest(s).
- Rates and policies are subject to change prior to the confirmed booking of your reservation.

- All rates are subject to applicable occupancy tax.
- All reservations require a valid credit card to guarantee.
- Cancellation notice must be received twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival date to receive full refund.
- Check-out time is 1:00 p.m. There is a $50 charge for each additional hour unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Daily maid service is available for an additional $50 per day.
- Many units have onsite pools and you may also access the pool facility at the Walden Yacht Club.
- All reservations made for holidays must be paid in full 10 days prior to arrival.
