THE MOST CHOICES ON LAKE CONROE

1. Minimum one night deposit required at time of reservation.
2. Cancellation policy is a minimum of 10 days in advance, otherwise the deposit will become non-refundable.
3. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the unit. If smoking is detected the guest’s credit card will be charged $250 for smoke remediation.
4. Not all units are pet friendly. Please ask in advance if you are bringing a pet.
